Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- granulated sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 12 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 5 oz
- lemon juice - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 2 oz
- apples, peeled and chopped fine - 3 item
- Powdered sugar as needed - 1 item
- ground cinnamon as needed - 1 item
How to make apple pancakes:
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the apples to prevent browning; set aside. Sift flour, salt and sugar into a bowl. Beat eggs in with the milk. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture, blending well. Fold in the apples. Heat the butter in a saut?© pan over medium-high heat. Spoon the batter into the pan, in 2-ounce portions.
