Ingredients/Components
- apple juice - 4 c
- Domino granulated sugar - 3 c
- strained lemon juice if desired - 2 Tbsp
How to make apple jelly:
Add apple juice and sugar and stir well. Boil over high heat above the boiling point of water or until jelly mixture sheets from a spoon. Remove from heat. Skim off foam quickly.
