  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2/3 c
  • baking powder
  • chopped apples - 1 c

How to make apple delight:

Beat eggs and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Add chopped apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish at 375°. Don't overcook!
