Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/4 c
- chopped apples - 3 c
- Add flour, salt and soda; mix well
How to make apple dapple cake:
Mix eggs, oil and sugar; blend well. Add flour, salt and soda; mix well. Add vanilla, chopped apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 8 or 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour until done. While cake is hot, pour hot topping over it in the pan or serve plain.Topping:1 stick oleo1/4 c. nuts1 c. brown sugar Combine and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
