Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- graham crackers - 1 c
- pared, sliced apples - 4 c
How to make apple crunch:
Place apples in a 1-quart casserole. Combine orange juice, sweetener, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour over apples and toss. Combine graham crackers with butter. Sprinkle over apples. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 400°. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Apple.
