Apple crumb pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• flour - 3/4 c
• butter or oleo - 1/3 c
• 9-inch unbaked pie crust - 1 item
• large apples, pared and sliced - 4 item

How to make apple crumb pie:

Arrange apples in pie crust. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour. Cut in butter or oleo until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake in hot oven (400°) 40 to 50 minutes.
