Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- to 8 medium apples, sliced thick - 6 item
How to make apple crisp:
Place peeled, sliced apples in a 2-quart or 11 x 7-inch casserole dish. Blend together with a pastry blender until crumbly the butter, brown sugar and margarine. Sprinkle over the apple slices. If apples are dry, add water before you put on the sugar mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 375° about 35 to 45 minutes. Test apples for doneness at 35 minutes.
