Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- to 8 apples - 6 item
How to make apple crisp:
Peel, core and slice apples. Place in a buttered baking dish (9 x 13-inches). If apples are dry, add 1/4 cup water. Cut together the sugar, Bisquick, margarine and cinnamon, using a pastry blender or a fork, until mixture is crumbly. Then spread evenly over the apples and press mixture down, to pack closely over apples. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
