Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- oats - 2 c
- apples - 8 item
- Topping:1 stick margarine, melted
How to make apple crisp:
Topping:1 stick margarine, melted1 c. brown sugar2 c. oats1 c. flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)2 tsp. cinnamon Grease a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch pan. In large bowl, slice apples and raisins. In small bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Then mix with apples. Place in greased pan, then put topping on. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Topping: Stir melted margarine into dry mix of brown sugar, oats, flour, baking powder, nuts and cinnamon.
