  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/3 c
  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • cinnamon, divided - 1 tsp
  • apples, peeled, finely chopped

How to make apple cinnamon muffins:

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Beat eggs with milk. Stir in apple and butter. Add all at once to flour mixture; stir just until moist. Batter will be very stiff. Spray muffin pan with vegetable spray
