Apple carrot cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil
• flour - 2 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• grated carrots
• chopped apples
• chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make apple carrot cake:

Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into liquid mixture. Add carrots, apples and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 325° for 60 to 70 minutes.
