Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• diced raw apples - 3 c
• nuts, finely diced - 1 c

How to make apple cake:

Toss first 7 ingredients well together. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat these ingredients together. Add apples and nuts. Add egg mixture and apple and nuts to flour mixture. Will be stiff and heavy. I use my hands to pat it in a greased loaf pan, 9
