- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- chopped, raw apples
- chopped pecans more if you like - 1/2 c
How to make apple cake:
Mix salad oil, eggs and sugar with a wooden spoon, then beat until creamy. Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder and add gradually to batter and beat well. Add vanilla, then chopped apples and pecans. Mix and pour into well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
