Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• flour - 1 c
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• chopped walnuts - 1/4 c
• stick melted butter - 1 item
• apples - 1 item
• drop of vanilla extract - 1 item

How to make apple cake:

Fill pie plate (Pyrex) with apples 2/3 full. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon over apples. Combine melted butter, sugar, flour, eggs, salt, walnuts and vanilla. Pour mixture over the apples. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

This can be made with peaches or blueberries as well. Delicious!!
