Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cream - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- tart apples, peeled and cut into wedges - 2 item
How to make apple cake:
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix baking powder and flour. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture, alternating with cream. Pour into 10-inch spring-form pan. Peel apples and cut into wedges. Arrange wedges in a fan on top of batter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle with melted butter.
