  • sugar - 5 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • apples, sliced fine - 5 item

How to make apple cake:

Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil and orange juice. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to mixture. Add vanilla. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add 1/2 batter. Place apple mixture over batter. Pour rest of batter over apples. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
