Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • can apple pie filling - 1 item

How to make apple cake:

Icing:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

Put icing on cake while it is hot.
