Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• nuts - 1/2 1
• raisins - 1 c
• apple pie spice - 3 tsp
• chopped apples, peeled - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Toss cut apples, sugar and spice. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix egg, oil and vanilla. Add this to first mixture. Will be stiff. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Can be frozen.
