Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 5 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 5 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced - 6 item

How to make apple cake:

Mix apples, 5 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla, orange juice and oil. Mix well, then add all dry ingredients, mixing well. Grease and flour tube pan. Add batter, then apples and finish with batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
