Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- butterscotch chips - 1 pkg
- chopped apples - 3 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
How to make apple cake:
Mix oil, eggs and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and add to eggs. Stir in nuts and apples. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
