Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 2
  • beaten eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • apples, peeled and sliced - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Combine and mix all ingredients at one time. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. This can also be made with other fruit.
