Appetizer tortilla pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salsa - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- fresh parsley - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- 10-inch flour tortillas - 5 item
- chopped black olives, drained well - 4 oz
- diced green chilies, drained well - 4 oz
How to make appetizer tortilla pinwheels:
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, chilies, salt, olives, cheese, onions and garlic powder. Use this as a filling. Divide the filling and spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours. Unwrap and cut into 1/2-inch slices (electric knife works well). Discard ends. Place pinwheels around on plate, leaving space for bowl of salsa in center.
