Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped ham - 1 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 16 oz
- minced green onions - 1/2 c
- cans green chilies, chopped - 2 1/2
- 9-inch Apache loaf bread - 1 item
How to make apache cheese bread:
Cut the top off the bread, reserving top, and scoop out the inside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. This will be a very stiff mixture. Fill the bread with the cheese mixture, replace the top and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or tear and dip with the bread.Any hard round loaf of bread may be used.
