Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tbsp
- pepperoni, sliced - 1/2 lb
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- stalks celery, diced - 3 item
- Provolone cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- hard salami, cubed - 1/4 lb
- green peppers, diced - 2 item
- fresh tomatoes, diced - 3 item
- Add dressing
- can pitted black olives, sliced - 1 item
- small jar green olives, sliced - 1 item
- small shells, cooked and cooled - 1 lb
- minced garlic or pinch of garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make antipasto salad:
Mix all together. Add dressing. If you double this recipe, you can serve 30 to 40 people.Dressing:1 1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper3/4 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar1 tbsp. oregano1/4 tsp. minced garlic or pinch of garlic salt Mix and chill. Can use Italian dressing.Recipe categories: Salads, Italian, European.
