  • oregano - 1/2 tsp

  • red onion - 1 item
  • or 3 hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
  • jar
  • celery stalk - 1 item
  • can black olives - 1 item
  • can chickpeas - 1 item
  • heads lettuce - 2 item
  • to 3 tomatoes - 2 item
  • Provolone cheese, sliced - 1/4 lb
  • can anchovies - 1 item
  • salami, sliced thin - 1/4 lb
  • small can sliced beets - 1 item
  • diced cloves garlic - 2 item
  • large can white tuna - 1 item
  • jars marinated mushrooms - 2 item
  • Dressing: dash of basil
  • juice from chickpeas - 1 item

How to make antipasto:

Layer all of this in a large dish and spoon on dressing.Dressing: dash of basil juice from mushrooms (4 oz. jar)1/3 c. vinegar1/2 tsp. oregano1 1/2 tsp. salt juice from chickpeas3/4 c. oil1 1/2 Tbsp. water2 diced cloves garlic1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. pepper Put all ingredients in a jar and mix well. Using a spoon, keep spooning mixture over vegetables and keep stirring mixture as you are spooning.
