- oil - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- carrot - 1 item
- red onion - 1 item
- or 3 hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- jar
- celery stalk - 1 item
- can black olives - 1 item
- can chickpeas - 1 item
- heads lettuce - 2 item
- to 3 tomatoes - 2 item
- Provolone cheese, sliced - 1/4 lb
- can anchovies - 1 item
- salami, sliced thin - 1/4 lb
- small can sliced beets - 1 item
- diced cloves garlic - 2 item
- large can white tuna - 1 item
- jars marinated mushrooms - 2 item
- Dressing: dash of basil
- juice from chickpeas - 1 item
How to make antipasto:
Layer all of this in a large dish and spoon on dressing.Dressing: dash of basil juice from mushrooms (4 oz. jar)1/3 c. vinegar1/2 tsp. oregano1 1/2 tsp. salt juice from chickpeas3/4 c. oil1 1/2 Tbsp. water2 diced cloves garlic1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. pepper Put all ingredients in a jar and mix well.
