Angel cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 item
• brown sugar - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• sifted flour - 4 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• white sugar - 1 c
• butter or oleo - 1 c

How to make angel cookies:

Cream butter, shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, then add the sifted dry ingredients plus chopped nuts. Roll in small balls, about size of walnut. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or more.
