Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 5 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- warm water - 1/2 c
- dry yeast
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
How to make angel biscuits:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt together. Cut in margarine, dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir into buttermilk and add to dry mixture. Cover and chill.Can store in Tupperware for several weeks.
To bake, roll out and cut biscuits. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.
