Anchovy puffs
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 3 oz
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- tube anchovy paste - 1 item
How to make anchovy puffs:
Blend butter and cheese. Add flour and chill. Roll very thin. Cut in rounds with small biscuit cutter. Spread each round with anchovy paste and a few pieces of pecans. Fold, making a puff. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 45.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Seafood.
