Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • tube anchovy paste - 1 item

How to make anchovy puffs:

Blend butter and cheese. Add flour and chill. Roll very thin. Cut in rounds with small biscuit cutter. Spread each round with anchovy paste and a few pieces of pecans. Fold, making a puff. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 45.
