Ambrosia
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oranges - 6 item
- fresh grated coconut frozen can be used - 2 c
- sherry or 1/4 c - 1/3 c
- ripe pineapple optional - 1 item
How to make ambrosia:
Peel oranges and cut into sections. Place in layers in a bowl with each layer covered with sugar and coconut. Chill for several hours. If desired, you may pour sherry or apricot brandy over mixture.
