Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- mashed banana - 1/2 c
- maraschino cherries, chopped - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple in juice - 1 oz
- banana pudding - 1 tsp
How to make aloha loaf:
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, cream oleo and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time and combine banana and buttermilk in small cup. In a small bowl, mix flour, soda, banana pudding and salt. Add flour alternately with banana mix to egg mix. Fold in chopped cherries. Pour into an ungreased loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Bananas.
