Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, undrained
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 4 item
- cup mashed ripe bananas - 1 item
- cup shredded coconut - 1 item
- cup margarine or butter - 1 item
How to make aloha loaf:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, mixing well. Add the mashed bananas and flour, sifted together with the baking powder, soda and salt. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Bake in two greased 9 x 5 loaf pans in 350° oven for one hour and 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Bananas.
