Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- softened butter - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- pinch salt - 1 item
How to make almond roca cookies:
Mix first six ingredients together in order. Pat in bottom of cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Immediately spread chocolate chips over; after they have melted, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut into diamond shapes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Christmas.
