Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/2
- green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 1/2
- rice uncooked - 1 c
- jar sliced pimientos - 1 oz
- medium sized onion, chopped - 1 item
- canned soup - 1 can
How to make almond rice:
Melt oleo or butter in casserole. Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and green onions. Combine all remaining ingredients in uncovered casserole and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, rice and grains, Rice, White rice.
