Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- powdered skim milk - 8 Tbsp
- liquid artificial sweetener - 1 tsp
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
How to make almond meringue cookies:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add skim milk powder; mix well. Add extracts and sweetener. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 275° for 45 minutes. Dust with cinnamon. Makes 12 cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
