Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 3/4 c
- crushed red pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp
- medium carrots, thinly sliced - 2 item
- minced fresh ginger - 1 tsp
- boneless chicken - 1 lb
- blanched whole almonds - 1/3 c
- chow mein noodles or cooked rice - 1 item
- large ribs Bok Choy - 4 item
How to make almond chicken:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread almonds on baking sheet and roast for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown, stirring once. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Mix garlic, ginger and red pepper in a bowl; add chicken. Let stand for 15 minutes. Blend broth,Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
