Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 2
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- yeast - 1 pkg
How to make 90 minute rolls:
Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat milk, water and margarine to 120°. Gradually add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto a floured board and knead 2 to 3 minutes. Divide into 12 pieces. Shape into balls and lightly pat out. Place on greased pan. Cover and place in warm spot and let rise until double.
