- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- nuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- 7-Up - 1 (10
- lemon cake mix - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick margarine
- box vanilla/pineapple pudding - 1 item
How to make 7-up pound cake:
Frosting:1 stick margarine1 3/4 c. sugar2 eggs2 Tbsp. flour1 can crushed pineapple, drained2 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts1 c. coconut Mix first 4 ingredients, then add 7-Up. Grease and flour 3 cake pans, fill with batter. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes or until done. Spread each layer and top with frosting.Frosting: Mix and cook until thickened and spread on all 3 layers.
