Ingredients/Components

  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • can 7-Up - 1 10
  • box yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
  • box pineapple instant pudding - 1 item
  • Pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° oven temperatures may vary for 30-35 minutes

How to make 7-up cake:

Beat all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° (oven temperatures may vary) for 30-35 minutes.Topping:1 3/4 c. sugar1 stick margarine1 can crushed pineapple2 eggs1 c. coconut Place ingredients in saucepan and cook until thick. Remove from heat. With a fork, make holes in cake and pour topping over it.
