  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • stick oleo or butter - 1 item
  • 7-Up - 1 (10
  • pecans, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • box lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
  • box instant lemon pudding mix - 1 item
  • Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 350° for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown and pull away from sides of pans

How to make 7-up cake:

Mix ingredients together in order listed. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 350° for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown and pull away from sides of pans. Let cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans and frost.7-Up Icing:1 1/2 c. sugar1 stick oleo or butter1 Tbsp. flour2 eggs, beaten1 c. crushed pineapple, drained1 c. coconut1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped Mix sugar, flour, eggs, butter and crushed pineapple in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick. Add coconut and pecans. Spread icing between and on top of cake, not on sides.
