7-up cake

Ingredients/Components

• oleo or butter
• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 5 item
• flour - 3 c
• lemon extract - 2 Tbsp
• 7-Up - 3/4 c

How to make 7-up cake:

Cream sugar and oleo. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well. Add flour. Beat in extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
