Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- can 7-Up - 1 oz
- Topping:1 stick butter
- generous flour - 3 Tbsp
How to make 7-up cake:
Topping:1 stick butter1 c. sugar1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained1 egg3 Tbsp. (generous) flour1 c. coconut1 c. chopped nuts Mix all cake ingredients except for 7-Up well. Add 7-Up. Mix well again. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Topping: Mix all ingredients except coconut and nuts well. Cook 10 minutes or until thick. Pour over cake when it comes from the oven. Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts on top.
