Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 10 oz
- chopped celery - 2 c
- sliced green onions - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- head lettuce - 1 item
- slices crumbled crisp, cooked bacon - 8 item
How to make 7 layer salad:
Before preparation, ingredients must be dry. Break lettuce into small pieces and put in large bowl or 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer with green peppers, onions, celery and peas (cooked to package directions). Cover peas with mayonnaise and sprinkle with sugar. Top with shredded cheese and bacon.
