- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- warm water - 1/2 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
How to make 60 minute rolls:
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Heat milk, sugar, salt and oil to lukewarm. Add yeast and 1/2 of the flour; mix. Add egg and stir in remaining flour. Cover and let rise 20 minutes. Shape into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 400° untRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Healthy.
