Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 C
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 8
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- carrots, quartered - 4 item
- potatoes, quartered - 4 item
- kitchen bouquet - 1 tsp
- stewing beef - 2 lb
How to make 5 hour beef stew:
Place all ingredients in a covered casserole. Make sure lid is tight. Cook in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours.The last 15 minutes add a cup of frozen peas and a small jar of drained mushrooms.
