Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- snipped parsley - 2 tsp
- basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- crumbled dried tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- red kidney beans - 2 c
- lima beans - 2 c
- drained green beans - 2 c
- medium green pepper, thinly sliced into rings - 1 item
- cut yellow wax beans - 2 c
- medium onion, thinly sliced and separated in rings - 1 item
- Combine ingredients for dressing; mix well
How to make 4 bean salad:
Mix all vegetables in bowl. Combine ingredients for dressing; mix well. Drizzle over vegetables. Cover and marinate several hours, stirring several times. Before serving, stir and drain.
