  • In a large bowl stir together all the drained beans, green pepper and onion rings

How to make 4 bean salad:

Cut the rings of green pepper and onion into halves. In a large bowl stir together all the drained beans, green pepper and onion rings.Dressing:1/2 c. white wine vinegar1/3 c. salad oil1/3 c. sugar2 Tbsp. chopped parsley1 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. dried basil1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed1/4 tsp. salt In a glass jar combine the wine vinegar, salad oil, sugar, parsley, dry mustard, basil, tarragon and salt. Cover and shake to blend the ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the beans mixture. Cover and refrigerate the salad for several hours, stirring once or twice. Line a salad bowl with iceberg salad and spoon the drained bean salad into iceberg salad bowl and serve.
