3-bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- can kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 item
- can green beans, rinsed and drained - 1 item
- can yellow beans, rinsed and drained - 1 item
How to make 3-bean salad:
Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and dry mustard; bring to a boil and cool.Mix together the beans, onion and green pepper. Pour brine over mixture and marinate. Best when made the night before.
