15 minute chicken and rice
Ingredients/Components
- water
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Minute rice
- skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- fresh or thawed broccoli florets - 2 c
How to make 15 minute chicken and rice:
In skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in hot oil covered for 8 minutes or until browned. Set aside and pour off fat. Add soup, water, paprika, and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Place chicken on mixture. Cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir. Serves 4.
